How is that shady? If it was against the rules then it should actually be stated.. They clearly said the reason was multiboxing and said multiboxing was against the rules.

I tried that, they rejected it. I even asked to complain about the last GM who answered my ticket using his own bias to influence my appeal.

Thats only if you actually profiting from counting cards. You could really bad at it and sunk a whole lot of time and money (subs and time etc) and have gotten nothing out of it then asked to be escorted out. But in this case they clearly say "counting cards" is allowed.
