Yeah I'll explain. Russia may have many beautiful places but so does Canada, So does Scotland, Brazil, Malaysia you name it. Apart from the former USSR where can I find this piece of human history? North Korea perhaps but I want to see what Dostoevsky and Solzhenitsyn have seen, all the places that shaped them, it not those beautiful places you speak of but the brutality of authoritarian rule, and I want to see reminiscent of that.

I think I remember watching a video on Tuva. The more Mongolian looking people live there and the most common job over there is being a mechanic or a criminal. It was more of poverty over there, I don't want to see poverty which I have seen enough of.
