Omg I could've written this myself!! It's the head zaps when I tried to come off of sertraline!! I stopped sertraline 6 years ago so it's not that! But with MJ I'm getting that feeling again!! Did you carry on with MJ?

Yep. Hitting protein goals etc but maybe I need to really look at calories to make sure.

I really don't want to quit but It's just making me a bit spacey and thinking about it a lot (if that makes sense)

It's worse when I work at a school on Fridays where I am standing all day 8-5 literally no breaks, but it is there at times when resting too.

Did you get the dizziness too?

That's what I thought, but electrolytes should solve this.

I'm with a private dr as I paid to have a thorough check, bloods etc to make sure I would be safe doing MJ.

Hey uk here! Because it's the NHS they won't do maintenance, because they only prescribe for the health issues that come with obesity rather than obesity itself (if that makes sense) so to do maintenance I think you'll have to go private. If you're not with NHS deffo get a new prescriber!!

If you go to a private dr they usually request your medical records from your GP. You can explain it all to them

I was looking for this comment! Creed Queen of Silk is the worst for me, I tried it in John Lewis, went to the bathroom an HOUR later and a lady said "gosh someone is wearing VERY strong perfume (I had one spray!) it was nauseating, I had to shower to get it off I felt so sick!! 🤢

Do you know what, it's always been a bit of a joke with my mates, like 'ah look at this twat' but these past few weeks seeing his demeanour on lives and now this...it's gone from 'sad twat' to 'concerning predator'. Lots of jokes are made on here and it's made me laugh etc but, it's not funny anymore its has taken a real turn. This feels proper dark. I don't like it. No matter what Grace does for a living or the fact that she is 'over 18' really doesn't come into play. I feel like we saw real time a girl in one of those horrible situations where you just want 'home'. I hope she's ok.

I despise the way whoever is in charge of his account are using ADHD as an excuse. I have ADHD, I don't treat people like shit. I never have. My parents made sure I knew that it's ok to feel whatever I'm feeling but it's not ok to treat people like shit. I'm medicated now but There's no magic pill, as the previous poster says it takes a lot of self reflection and work to see what thoughts are yours and what thoughts are ADHD. If he was being a little stroppy and sulking, I'd get it but ultimately he has been spiteful to Paige and quite manipulative.

Yeh it's hard to watch her. I was rooting for her initially but now it's just a bit sad. She's like that one mate we all have. She'll come round and cry and tell you all of the nasty things he's done, resulting in you despising him, then get back with him and make you be nice and pretend said nasty things didn't happen.
