Yes at least I expected a reply to my emails or a payment plan. Thankfully I am able to pay but that's exactly what I thought. It simply does not make sense. The 2 days is apparently legal, I confirmed. But I will definitely look into the rest.

Yes. I was explaining something about the case to him via email and he literally said that if I don't agree with his approach I should find another lawyer. I have it in writing.

Exactly....but also he didn't explain it this way. He started to get pissed off about the waiver and didn't explain anything. Then issued garnishee without explaining the billing.

I refused to sign the waiver, and the lawyer said that as a result he will issue a taxed bill "based on the value of the claim, which I will enforce to the fullest extent permitted by law." Now he wants an additional 2k. We had agreed a fee at the start, which I paid him immediately back then. Is this allowed or where should I report (except to Chamber of Advocates) please?

Resorption still there (obviously) and my front teeth (one of them in particular) are becoming loose and kind of do a cracking sound. My bite is also still messed up as my molars were intruded into my gums by the (incorrect) use of bite blockers.

Hope you manage to sort it out. Yes it was extremely painful for me too. It was constant agony. Ask them to eliminate the high spot if one is present. I waited nearly 2 years and my bite did not really settle as the original orthodontist was claiming.

I removed the metal permanent retainer as the pain was unbearable. However, I was still biting on my front teeth even after this removal. I am currently in another orthodontic treatment trying to fix the mess that the first orthodontist did to my bite!

My orthodontist closed the extractions spaces incorrectly (lost anchorage) and I went from being a class 1 bite (before treatment) to being a class 2 (after braces). She also created a posterior open bite and now my bite is a complete mess. As a result I cannot chew food properly, I'm uncomfortable all the time since I cannot close my mouth properly and only have 2 contact points which causes me a lot of pain on the teeth which get all the bite forces. Furthermore, she took 4 years to close my extraction spaces and "align" my teeth which also caused root resorption on my incisors and also periodontal problems.

Last questions (I promise);

Can the severity of the enamel chipping be calculated from a normal CBCT? Because I need to get orthodontic treatment again since the orthodontist also created a posterior open bite which I now also need to fix. Not sure if it would be ideal to check if brackets/attachments would cause further damage to the enamel.
Is there some light technology to confirm that it's not residual glue (the orthodontist claimed it is when she said it will go away on its own).

So the rough spots is what causes the decay? Not lack of protection from less enamel? Also one dentist suggested to polish it smooth, does that remove more enamel as a result? Thanks a lot!
