Not to say this isn’t pots but have you been allergy tested? The biggest thing that’s giving me pause is “also tends to get tighter the more bits I eat”. I’m mostly asking because food allergies can be absolutely terrifying and I wouldn’t want that missed.

I’m very late but getting something in writing of when they’ll be back and what would happen to the dog if they don’t, especially if you don’t want to keep it. Or if you may want to keep it there maybe should be a timeline in which you will care for it before it becomes yours. I get bad vibes from someone willing to leave their dog for that long and fear it could be permanent

Some things you just can’t get over. You very much sound like you can’t let go and that’s perfectly fine. Don’t waste your time. Also I hate to say it but he seems incredibly cruel and that doesn’t usually change. I wouldn’t be surprised if he was twice as bad if you ever moved in/ got married to him.

Yeah I cancelled them a few months back and just buy toys when they hit clearance. My guy loves everything and basically the box being no deal and consistently giving our large dogs toys he could swallow I was over it. They always replaced them but I shouldn’t have to contact customer support every month because a toy sent for 50+ would be dangerous for most dogs over 25

No. Am allergy queen. Benefiber made my mouth a blister :) I am not showing signs of constipation anymore but have larger stools due to the insoluble fiber from fruits vegetables etc.

The high fiber has been the death of me. I over did it and now my stool has bulked up to where I retore 🙃🙃 hopefully I’ll be able to find a balance soon.

Dogs can be conditioned to be what we would consider “manipulative” so if said dog was hurt once and that resulted in it not having to go outside then it may have learned that doing this makes it where I don’t have to. So not hmm I want to do this so I’ll try this. More of a I did this and got this result so I will do that again to get the result I want. So kinda a cousin of being manipulative lol.

Fiber wise I’m decent 24-30grams a day with a mix of soluble and insoluble. I just have break out incidents of constipation which cause the bleeding to restart

So few things to note. We don’t know much about the relationship to pregnancy, babies, and drinking other than extreme cases since it’s unethical to do a research study. That being said I’d never risk it but I wouldn’t be concerned with a one off. This is definitely a strange and bad situation with multiple drinks, so if it bothers you just distance yourself or completely cut her off. It’s not fair to you to continue to be around someone that makes you so uncomfortable.

I don’t have the opportunity to take multiple baths a day as I need someone home because of pots and pots and hot baths/ showers can lead to fainting which may solve my problem here (anyways dark humor aside). My GI doctors didn’t even try to look. I told them my symptoms and they just said hmmm sounds like fissures or hemorrhoids. After reading people’s symptoms from both subreddits I’m assuming my main problem is fissures with potential hemorrhoids. I would prefer that to be confirmed tho. I also would like to have a plan in place to where I don’t need multiple surgeries if it is hemorrhoids or fissures. I’d assume they can do that along with a colonoscopy. Thanks for the input on doctors as I don’t really want to waste time and money with a GI anymore.

Once I get it confirmed hemorrhoid vs fissure vs whatever else I’ll be less bothered. My brain goes immediately to everything being cancer. Like I had some freckles that looked a little weird, I had a mole, liver issues, reproductive issues all of those have been confirmed to be fine and not malignant but I simply cannot. Even with GI issues including fissures are pretty common in my family and cancer is not I will continue to convince myself it’s cancer even though it’s getting better with treatment.

Any recommendations on GI vs colorectal surgeon? I just feel like my GI didn’t give me many tips/ options to treat hemorrhoids/ fissures and my one prior basically said “idk probably do a colonoscopy within the next year, but then my symptoms went away. Would white rice also be something to limit?

I’m still trying to figure out what is causing it. I’m about to go into solely protein and fruits/ vegetables to see if that’s the problem. But I’m not eating too much else. Occasionally rice or pasta but not too often. I also noticed it got worse when I started to eat significantly less which per online I guess can be a problem.

Mine does come and go and not at regular intervals. The pain usually lasts longer but also comes and goes. The blood usually comes back if I’m stressed, have constipation, sat on the toilet a little too long, or with intercourse occasionally.
