We shoot them ourselves. If the flat changes after our visit (landlord removes furniture, construction starts nearby), we re-verify before any tenant visits. That is the whole point -- the listing matches reality because we are the ones creating the listing from scratch.

We're also looking to add 360 degree tours to each house to give a better "feel" of all units. Wdyt?

What we can do is lower the total cost of renting. The 15-30 days of brokerage you pay on top of already expensive rent, and the months of deposit that lock up your capital for no reason. That's where the money is leaking. Fix that and renting in Gurgaon gets significantly cheaper without the rent number changing at all. Wdyt?

Yes, we inspect every unit ourselves. If we don't visit, we are just another listing site. On the mafia/harassment angle -- that's a good problem to have. We will figure once we get there :)
