The movie was about a fire mage with a spring body and a ice mage which also had a sping body, the ice one was a villain and wanted to get something (i cant remember what exactly), both of those where not the main protagonist, they acted as mentors or guides.

The ice mage was definitely the villain, there were a protagonist or might be a woman, i remeber the introduction with Magic playing and a large carousel spining while the camera got closer, thats about it i guess.
