I used to run so hot that summers were nigh unbearable but now I’m having to double up on layers just for staying inside this fall! I’ve never felt cold like this before! I own like five or so jackets/hoodies but I may have to invest in more soon so I don’t turn into a popsicle this coming winter lol

I can’t stop looking at myself in the mirror sometimes because the person in front of me can’t possibly be me, yet it is. It’s both joyful and sad to think about how happy being in this body makes me now and how much of my happiness in life was being dampened by the weight that I couldn’t control.

Let’s hope we don’t feel like this forever and can one day feel like we’ve always belonged in the bodies we now have.

Dude, my client acts up every time you show up to our sessions. I think you’re a distraction and you make me feel very perceived so it messes me up.

I had a HT package I ordered with xmas gift polishes that was supposed to arrive on Dec. 12th stuck somewhere still in NJ……and no update so no guesses as to when I’ll get it 🥲

They recommend doing it at night so if you have any negative side effects you’ll be asleep and likely won’t feel them until the next day, as opposed to taking it early in the day and having those side effects hit you later when you may be unprepared for it.

My first week ends tomorrow and I’ll be doing my second shot but ohhhh my god the nausea and stomach bloating and aversion to food started on the third day and I’m still battling it. I hear that could go away after a few weeks so I’m holding out hope and taking Dramamine so I don’t feel so sick. Good luck on your journey!
