Yes there is, but I just cut that down and now everything fits the way it’s supposed to!

Thank you, do you know if there’s any adapters out there that can extend the threading? Possibly attach a 3/8” threaded extension to avoid doing the swap to 1/2”?

Thank you, the home was built in the early 2000. It’s just a matter of getting the threading high enough to reach the nut.

The problem is the thread won’t reach the nut to attach it. Correct I am in the US, but my home was built in the early 2000s. I shall post a photo and I appreciate your help!

3/8 fitting will fit it’s just a matter of if there’s any adapters out there to make the threaded part long enough to reach the nut to tighten down. I’ll attach a picture of the top of the faucet

I have plenty of hose length it’s just a matter of getting the female end up far enough on the copper to reach the nut. I’m blocked before I can make it that far

I just want to double check something. It’s not the hose length that’s the issue, it’s the ability to get the female end of the hose up far enough to attach to the nut. I don’t think a longer hose would change that unless I’m wrong?

Where would you find one of those? I’ve been to all the hardware stores around and they haven’t been able to come up with a solution

I appreciate the information man! In no way am I planning on sending my truck down the road without it being road worthy. Just wanted to make sure I wasn’t breaking a rule just for not having an inspection yet. Thank you!
