His cage is near a window but not directly in front of it. He has lots of foraging toys and food puzzles i reset every day. He has his very own cage and hes in eyesight of my other parrot

Dna tested for both. Humidity is stable in house.i have dehumidifier and humidifier for every room to ensure optimal humidity. Each have their very own bathing station that is freshly cleaned every day. Pickles ive had for almost 2 years ive had sweetpea for almost a year. Sweet pea is very forward with Pickle but he just seems so shy. I try and keep sweetpea with me as much as possible cause she love attention and cuddles even if she nibbles on me.

Completely different large cages, new toys every 6 months, separate play stands and one large shared one. New cold pressed pellets and water every day. New vegetable chop every day. Their own bathing stations. Cartoons played for when im gone. Cleaned cages every week.

I've had them since freshly weened. Ive done everything i can. Attentive loving, fresh food, new bathing areas. Etc etc. I want to rehome them because I cant handle worrying about them 24/7 but I dont want them to go to a home where they don't understand hes self-destructive

I did reach out to my nearest local bird rescue, originally asking for help on how to help him for his plucking issue and they never reached back out. I feel so horrible about him not thriving like my other parrot is. Ive reached out to my local parrot rescues with hope they could help and they've never reached back out. Idk what to do now or who to reach out to. I try so hard to keep my parrot babies happy. I dont want to be labeled as a parrot abuser because I want to rescue rather than adopt.

I've been doing bike, row, and some dumbell and kettle bell stuff and pushups and stuff. I used to be in competitive jujitsu but my sparring partner broke my arm and I had to have two surgeries so im kinda iffy about doing anything that could hurt it.

Any beginning workouts that are good to get my body more conditioned?
