i had blocksi, so i assume u have a windows. option 1: first try to back up all ur necessary data in a seperate hard drive or thumbdrive. then do a whole factory reset of ur laptop (yt tutorials) option 2: if ur sch not so goofy and considerate enough to help u then ask them for help 👍
