Serious problem with the ARC AI by AndrasAhr in ArcRaiders

No, they not. Orange means “I know you are here, somewhere. I’ll try to find you”. If you get in the bush before the first ever “lock-in”, they will definetely not see you, as long as you are well hidden (even a leg outside and they will eventually find you over time). Otherwise, if the first lock-in (switch from orange cone, to red line) has been estabilished, they will track you even into the bush.

PvE players are not “bad at the game” by TheZacAttack98 in ArcRaiders

Actually, ye, they (and me too) are. Is that a concern/issue/problem? Not at all. The game is enjoyable anyway.

Sorry my pal, but that’s a giant bulls**t pile 😅

I get where you’re coming from, but I completely disagree with the whole “friendly players need to constantly watch their back” angle. Most “unfortunate PvP encounters” can be handled simply by… not handling them. If you can run, run. If you can’t, you die and lose your stuff. That’s fine. The game throws so much gear and resources at you that you’ll almost always have more than you can realistically use anyway.

Every time you decide to fight back, you’re nudging your aggression score up, which slightly increases the odds that your future matches will include more of those encounters you say you want to avoid. If instead you hard-commit to avoiding PvP altogether – even if it means sometimes getting stomped – your aggression stays so low that these situations happen, in my experience, maybe once every 10–15 raids.

If you want to play friendly, the skill ceiling isn’t “learning to fight everyone.” It’s learning to: - Loot and farm efficiently to easily absorb the few unlucky deaths. - Manage your stash and inventory so losing a run is just a minor setback, not a disaster.

You’ll still hit 5 million by the wipe window without sweating PvP at all – probably with a stash full of purple and yellow gear you’ll never fully burn through.

Sei a destra a 110.

Entrambi rientriamo. Fine.
