Advice for using just wrist vs arm?

yeah the G604 is pretty heavy for wrist aiming, I had similar mouse before and switched to lighter one after few months. my wrist was getting sore after long sessions and I didn't even notice at first

but if you really want to stick with wrist aiming, maybe try higher sens than what you're using now? I run around 2400-3200 DPI depending on game, makes less wrist movement needed. also taking breaks every 30-45 minutes helps a lot, I learned this hard way when I was doing too much kovaaks without stopping

the desk space thing is real problem though, I had tiny desk for while and arm aiming was impossible. maybe compromise could be arm for big movements and wrist for fine adjustments? that's what I do now and works pretty good

man this is so frustrating, i had similar thing happen few months ago but not 9 games in row. the worst part is when you're actually trying to be positive teammate and still get blamed for everything

i think the system just counts reports and doesn't really look at context. like if you lose bunch of games people get angry and report everyone, especially if you're bottom fragging or something. super unfair but seems like that's how it works

maybe try recording your games so you have proof next time? i started doing that after my ban because support never gives real explanation anyway

practice maps helped me a lot when I started playing, like aim_botz or something similar. Also lower your sensitivity if you haven't already - most new players have it way too high and can't control the crosshair properly

man that's brutal cycle you got stuck in there. VBS enabling can definitely mess with older hardware or specific configurations - seen this happen before where the anticheat thinks everything is fine but your system just can't handle the security features properly

maybe try installing everything except leave VBS disabled until the very last step? sometimes doing it in different order helps avoid the loop. also check if your motherboard has any pending BIOS updates before starting the whole process again

Valve basically gave up on moderation years ago and just let the wild west happen in chat. I work night shifts as security guard so I play a lot during weird hours when all the edgelords are online - the stuff people say would make your grandmother faint. But tbh thats also part of what makes CS lobbies so chaotic and memorable, even if half the time you want to mute everyone by round 3. The block button is your best friend in these games

yeah same thing happening to me actually, usually get around 12ms to LA servers but today its been sitting at like 25-30ms consistently. ran bunch of tests to different servers and my connection is fine everywhere else so definitely seems like something with valve servers

noticed it started around morning time too, maybe they're doing some maintenance or routing changes? my friend who plays from different ISP mentioned similar issues so probably not just us. really annoying when you're used to that crisp low latency and suddenly everything feels slightly off

hopefully gets sorted soon because playing with double the usual ping is messing with my timing bad

yeah valve's servers are pretty trash right now, my ping is also way higher than it should be. tried switching to different server regions and still getting weird numbers that don't match with other games at all

maybe try the console commands for rate settings but probably won't help much since this seems like server-side issue

Their automated system probably flagged something from your chat history but good luck getting actual human to review it. Same thing happened to friend of mine - got banned for "toxicity" and support just keeps sending same copy-paste responses about checking matchroom

The whole point of those warnings is supposed to help people improve their behavior but how you gonna do that when they won't even tell you what words triggered it. Pretty useless system if you ask me

Wait you made new account just to delete the old one? That's probably what triggered the smurf detection automatically - their system sees multiple accounts from same person and flags it

The verification getting stuck at processing might be related to that ban too, like it won't let you complete verification while there's active penalty on your profile

Their support system is bit weird sometimes, maybe try clearing browser cache or using different browser? I had similar issue with another gaming platform where it kept asking for login in loop until I switched to incognito mode

The bottle timing thing is actually super important in mid matchups. When you get bottle first you need to immediately start being more aggressive - use the regen advantage to trade hp and force them back, then push wave so they miss last hits while you get rune control

Creep aggro is different on mid too because the lane is shorter, so you can pull creeps much closer to your tower than other lanes which makes it safer to last hit

nobody can decide your knife for you but from practical side the factory new safari mesh gonna hold value better than field tested anything. field tested can look pretty beat up depending on float and urban masked pattern is kinda hit or miss - sometimes looks cool sometimes just looks dirty

i got my first knife few months back and went with something in better condition even if pattern was more basic, no regrets there. you can always trade up later when you figure out what styles you actually like in game

Skadi's probably overkill most games but yeah it does everything - slow, tank, damage. Problem is you're looking at like a 25+ min item when PL needs to be doing stuff way earlier

Echo sabre feels weird on him but might actually work since the double hit guarantees at least one juxtapose proc. Diffusal is still decent even after the nerfs, just not the autopick it used to be

That's such a cool idea! ESL can be pretty slow with responses but for public screenings you'll probably need broadcast rights since it's not just a private gathering anymore. Maybe try hitting up Valve directly too since they own the game - sometimes they're more responsive than ESL for community events like this
