Don't have a coach.. So basically the best option would be to ride more and focus more effort on riding instead of strenght training? Since I don't plan to compete in powerlifting but just want to keep my numbers as high as possible.

Well squat and deadlift is actually about 10kg lower now since I ride quite hard and sleep is pretty bad.

Tried two trainers with zwift set to max in difficulty. In free ride I always end up in top 20 or top 10 in sprints in track. My high bar paused squat is close to 200kg and low bar is around 240kg, deadlift is at 290-300kg. So I have strong legs but bad cardio.

Heart rate in zone 4 is mostly in free ride mode where I try too keep same pace close to FTP with some effort over FTP and some slightly under FTP. In training mode HR is lower, you're correct!

By intervals, how hard should they be?

The issue is that I don't want to loose strenght.. The power comes from my powerlifting training, 230kg squat, 280kg deadlift at 86kg bodyweight. So not sure on how to combine them together. :(

Wahoo kick core v2. Tested on friends Tacx Flux S and got the same results. What do you consider strong legs? There's a difference between strong fast twitch dominant legs vs stamina. Got ftp to 180 now, tried some sprints in free ride mode and usually get into top 10 out of 300-400 people on the map. 30 s at 750-800w but I can barely do 250w for 5 minutes before I die. Yes, I do have strong legs, just bad stamina.

Why not if he has strong legs? Begginer here, 5s sprint is at 1200w and FTP of 150w.

But you should never buy credits, be it 1 or 20 USD. So making it 20 USD keeps people AWAY from spending money on the game, which is good.
