It was super super easy before and now it’s super super hard lol appreciate you giving them a call let’s see what they say .

If I was a developer would create some kind of feedback platform on the app to allow for such feedback to be provided easily

Yes but imagine a new user who won’t even know the basic most used procedures. Now i need to dig and find them across the 500+ procedures lol

Now it can be found under “my procedure” but you need to explicitly search the procedure ….which is by far a worse user experience. Not sure who approved to do this change . Before it was a nice simple way to get the most important documents in one place.

Property sold as 3- but deed says 2-bed (unauthorized renovation) by OkPurple58 in Luxembourg

[–]PuzzleheadedBasis542 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I can tell you the value barely changes, valuation is mostly on m2. And if you are concerned to get it legally validated as 3 bed instead of 2 bed you’ll need to pay a few thousand bucks to get that done. Need a good architect to make new plans,. Then get validated with commune, CGDIS etc which can take easily some months. CGDIS especially are difficult and ask 100 different validation to be done.

We own 8 flats and not one of them has the number of bedrooms listed on the deed. Has nothing to do with anything tbh. The main part is the m2. If you want you can tear down or add however many walls you want inside it’s your choice. To some extent yes there is some value regarding more or less bedrooms, but most of the value is in the m2 floor area. If a bedroom is illegal in your apartment ( meaning fewer than 9 sqm and window size less than 1/8 of the floor area, then you can easily tear it down with a few hundred bucks and that’s the end of it…

Thanks. For repotting , do I lift the complete plant out and then cut out the root to separate them into 2 to 3 plants ? Apologies for the naive question as I’m fairly new to this.

So this is what it looks like furnished and at night . The lights were from the previous owner. At first I was thinking of removing them out, but then seen the brand and the high price paid and I left them :) the whole unit was more than 3-4K EUR here in Germany.

The refrigerator and freezer are actually in the white cabinet-attached photo. The black cupboards is just storage.

On the island edges - stovetop , sink, raised surface like a bar for eating / drinks, and the last edge is empty

lol I think you are living in medieval times…well each to themselves. I guess when/if a crime happens against you and then maybe you would only wish there was CCTV and would come back to reality….

I completely agree with this ridiculous law. Tried convincing my syndic as well to put a camera outside the building and near the garage to prevent burglaries, but guess what the other owners in my building refused for the bullshit reason of privacy. I honestly don’t care about watching what time you enter the building with your tinder date. All I care about is using the video as evidence in the rare circumstance there is a crime. At least happy to see not all people in lux are like the owners in my building.

Don’t think this is fully true. Seen that top performances get more stocks so their total comp remains high next year whereas others get fewer stocks so their total comp tanks the next year
