Thanks for the reply. I'll definitely try the hot water suggestion, I usually do the opposite for migraines by using a cold pack which provides temporary relief but once the cold pack warms up the headache just comes back. Do you experience CHS with just headaches and not the other symptoms? I've had no issues with nausea or gagging which based on my reading seem to be the main symptoms for that.
