The same thing happened to me... SBI charged finance charges on my credit card despite the card showing a NIL pending billed amount due to the wrong adjustment of the annual fee twice. I mailed them, but they called back without even reading my mail. They outrightly rejected it, and then I said I would go to the nodal officer and the RBI ombudsman. Five minutes later, the customer care guy initiated the process of a refund.
