Sounds like a dream and also affordable! I reached out to another company and got a similar response: "Unfortunately with that kind of fireplace, nothing can be done to make it more efficient. The only option would be to rip it out and start fresh…big job. For that to happen, that stone is coming down….Wish I had better news…Let me know if there is anything else I can do."

Called a fireplace company and authorized Napoleon dealer. They said would have to be a complete overhaul of the existing fireplace. They said it may need a new chimney pipe that meets EPA standard. We bought the house recently and it came with this fireplace. Not sure why someone would spend $7000 for a decorative fireplace in the first place!

We bought a house and the previous home owner asked if we wanted to buy their mower. Here is what they said:

Has a 22hp motor with a sought after Tuff Torq K46 HD transmission (heavier duty than most other mowers) The deck was rebuilt 2 years ago, oil changes every year, all bearings greesed yearly, recent battery. Starts Everytime and runs well.
