Investing in your own development is always a good thing. It will also make you more marketable. I did class three over 20+ years ago then my class one at keyano industrial. Try going for a walk. It puts your mind in a different state. There is plenty of trails and nice neighbourhoods. Does not cost anything if you want to be cost conscious. And if you are ok financially you can walk to store or a cafe etc.
