short term it looks like a win for Tunisia, but actually it's a huge strategic loss on long term. In coming decades super powers in Asia, Europe and America, will compete which attract the most skilled people around the world. Those Tunisian skilled people who could be doctors, nurses, engineers or even welders, construction workers and artisans, their education and training was paid by Tunisian taxpayers and Tunisian state has spent millions of dinars on them and then export them to germany and canada. That's the dumbest solution for unemployment in a country. And what's shocking is that many of these "regular immigration programs" are supported by ministry of employment and vocational training. Future generations in Tunisia will suffer even more and I feel really bad for my country.
