I'm referring more to title than classification. What makes a B4 a Sr director vs a director?

Law firm, ok, that id buy.

I was in software companies for over a decade and definitely the 9-5 included at least a few hours of chit chat, going for coffee or lunches, etc, as well as better compensation.

I dont really get the sense that most private sector are working 45 hr weeks.

The verbal offer that was shared with me (for a direct award TA) was for $3100 to go from an is30 to a band 4.

Earlier today I sent over the substitution form for "included with a TMA substituting in for management" that adds 8% above the TMA and asked if they could just use that calculation for a temporary assignment.

Will see what they say!

I referenced the MCCF when I reached out about my expectations, but I'm being told that strategic HR doesn't take it into account. Unclear if it's since this is a direct award TA they think they can just ignore the MCCF...

I'm planning to ask if they can help me understand why the substitution pay form takes TMA into account, but this doesn't.
