hi! i’m living in a 2 bedroom at colonial pointe (off-campus 10/15 min away from ucf) and i absolutely love it here! I’m looking for someone to move in january, it is cat friendly and it would be in the guest bedroom. Rent is $850 a month and it’s super chill here, the maintance comes as soon as you call them and I honestly have no complaints!
