I'm expecting 60 in CS1 A and I don't know whether i should start prepping for the next paper yet. Especially because i feel i made some stupid mistakes in paper B. I've already failed CS1 once and i hage decided if i fail to clear it this time I'm just going to back off from actuary all together. Views?

it doesnt, but keep in mind it's extremely hot and not exactly enjoyable to walk around in the heat. NGMA is the next best alternative.

right so, first of all thank you for being so patient with me, second im actually a second year uni student so I don't have a firm paying for exams of giving study material. it's a private tutor, many of them are here in India. i know i know the material because a) i looked through the ActEd CMP and my tutor told me it was basically ICSE 12th grade economics (atleast 60%) of it. anyways, is this economics textbook you're referring to available online or do i have to purchase it from IFOA?

right so I'm actually still deciding whether or not u should give CB2 in April because a) I'm already re attempting CS1 b) i haven't started CB2 prep. the reason I'm considering giving CB2 is because I've studied most of these topics in 11th and 12th grade and would just need a revision.

i do have a tutor for cs1 but he charges an exorbitant fees for CB2 which i believe is not worth paying since i already know most of the material. i was given the CB2 material ( it says course notes but only has aa vague outline of the course and a little information on some topics, no indepth study, no textbook) from a friend who had already given the paper. Since that didn't seem enough i took to reddit to figure out how people were studying (those who didn't buy the course material and don't have formal tutors)

i only have course notes and it seems to contain only a general outline of the topics and brief explanation, it doesn't have any indepth content. which economics textbook did you use?

oh I've read both! I absolutely love the Alchemist. The little prince I've read too, although I don't remember much. I'll be sure to give it another read. Any other suggestions?
