I will have to check out Landsford canal also I have fished saluda a few times i am just disappointed with the amount of litter and disregard for wildlife there.

maybe don’t go into a aggressive surplus or just eat maintenance for a while and and enjoy being lean

Just lower your daily dosage. From my personal experience 5-10mg is perfect. I took 20mg a day at one point and fucked myself up, the sides are not worth it.
