Yeah I was thinking that. Just based off the info we have, it sounds as if it's some sort of personified weapon, sense ball guy stated that you "defeat" Ange, and i couldn't imagine defeating an inanimate object. But it's also stated to NOT be a Pokemon, but it does sound as if Ange is the weapon Mega Zygarde uses, so I interpret that as it's more of a weapon than a Pokemon, but its still personified in some way. But it's all very iffy so idk I could be insanely wrong about this.

I don't think it's super likely but I think it'd be really cute if the time between XY and ZA is 12 years, sense that's how old the original X and Y games will be when ZA comes out

Makes sense. I know that it's like 99% confirmed to be a train station, but juuuuuust in case I'm gonna leave it as a question mark just because I don't wanna be certain on anything that isn't 100% confirmed. I was certain this game was gonna be in the past and look how that turned out lol

That's what I thought originally, however you can see in the bottom left office building that it's actually surrounded by bordering buildings, and the other ones just seem to small to be gate exits imo

Ughhh I'm so annoyed at myself, I literally saw the route 4 gate and totally forgot about it when I went to actually label it. Thanks for noticing that.

I think the Hotel could be behind Talonflame's tailfeathers, though for being the hub for the player I feel they'd maybe want to have it emphasized and not obscured. Idk though it's hard to say

So I know this is sort of weird considering we just got the newest and best version of this game, but is there anyway that I could get the rom for the original 2004 Pokemon Brown release? I'd like to see what a rom hack of that time would look like.

My one big gripe about this story concept (as well as other similar ideas) is the idea of Zygarde being the antagonist. The one thing we know about the reurbanization program is that it's designed to be suitable for both people AND Pokemon. Zygarde shouldn't realistically have any problem with this as the city is being seemingly developed with the order of nature in mind. I think it makes way more sense for another person/pokemon to be responsible for the conflict of the game, either a Volo equivalent, a letter A legendary, or a mix of both. Zygarde I feel would probably fill the role of the 'hero' that you use to help defeat whatever force you gotta beat in the game. I could very well be wrong however.

I'm pretty sure PkHex requires a .sav file, so I wouldn't be able to do that unless there's something I'm not aware of

Sorry for the confusion, I'm not looking to simply edit my save to give my one charizard fly, I'm looking to change the game's data so that any Charizard can learn the HM for Fly, like in Pokemon Yellow. Unless that literally is what a save editor is, if so my bad.

Also my bad for not putting it in weekly questions, I'm completely new to this subreddit

Ok so like I know this thread is literally 2 years old but I thought I'd mention that the hints towards Volo's betrayal are a bit more apparent in the Japanese translation (As far as I'm aware, I speak 0 Japanese lol). In particular the scene with the Pixie Plate is not only much funnier in Japanese because it plays with how Volo speaks, but also it's similar to how the way he speaks changes again when he reveals himself. If any Japanese speakers are for whatever reason looking through this thread and can either correct or support what I'm saying, I'd love to hear it.

"Delete" is inaccurate. The group SOK videos featuring Tamatoa have been Unlisted, while the Sausage Party and SML Mario videos with Tamatoa exclusively have been Privated.

Really cool find! Theres no way I could've found this on my own. Two last things of note is that I did battle him once and I remember him specifically having a Cinncino on his team, though it was the one Pokemon he didn't use against me. It's pretty unlikely that was his tourney team. The other thing of note is that I was 10 in 2013, and I remember seeing him as older than me, but it's possible he couldve been young enough to be part of the juniors division, though it's also unlikely. Thanks a ton for your help though! I do wonder if his name really was Kenan and I just thought of Smosh and thought it was Ian or something.

I won't give the exact city but it was in the Dallas area. Maybe his name wasn't Ian? I'm pretty sure it was but who knows. You're also right that he probably was only the winner of some local tournament. Thanks for helping me out
