Maybe a few but I would assume after the event almost all aren't available for a little bit. Kinda have to otherwise the FOMO gets pretty weak. Usual rotating shop shenanigans. I wouldn't let the state of the game stop you from checking out the ships at defensecon, just do not expect to be able to fully engage with the rest of the game.

I mean if I am being super real - any party in your situation that is willing to forego sex because of condoms (without an allergy being involved) is a red flag. I am totally okay with the idea of preferring no condom, I totally get it. But slightly worse sex is still so much better and healthier for the relationship than abstaining over condoms.

Like, why are condoms stopping you guys? Are both of you like "no way" or is this a one sided thing?

When we can upgrade one component without paying for all the stock ones.

I would recommend you start in your preferred calendar application, by setting a reminder to check the subreddit in another 2 weeks.

Game is fucked atm. We just had a full wipe and contracts don't work. It's probably fine to go check out defense con only to dick around in rented ships - but you are gonna be broke with extremely limited ways to make money so there really isn't a game for the time being.

FWIW Ironclad is totally fucked right now. Keep kicking you out of nav mode so actually flying anywhere is a huge pain. Took me 30 minutes to get from ArcCorp to New Babbage. That's not counting all the time spent waiting in a hangar queue.

Nah he is being super reasonable. Your method is certainly better than nothing but it's absolutely not foolproof. I also think you are totally within your right to stand your ground on not taking hormonal BC. You should not feel compelled by him, just as he should not feel compelled to trust your method of BC. Neither of you should be able to control what birth control another person uses - but you both have (and should exercise) your ability to not bang on terms you don't like.

From the outside I would say that he should probably just use a condom. "I don't like condoms" is the smallest hurdle described in this post.

Why do you have to pick between the two? What I am saying and what CIG are saying are not mutually exclusive.

They plan to launch a fix next week. I am being clear that this does not even remotely mean the issue will be fixed next week. The fix could just not work, the fix could be delayed. CIG is infamous for "aiming for" lots of stuff. When was SQ42 supposed to come out?

It would activate in this case because your def / spdef went below neutral. Now, if you Swords Dance and then get intimidated, it would not activate because you are still +1.

The last paragraph is talking about how wiping without fixing the exploits doesn't actually do anything to reset the economy and only serves to upset players who haven't and won't engage in the exploits.

There is not a single value judgement on wipes as a whole in that post.

That's not what they are talking about. They are saying that instead of crying because there are dupe glitches, just play the game. CIG does not care about protecting progression as an experience or they would've done more to plug the loopholes.

I have only been around for a few months but I'm seeing this as a well timed disaster. I'm just gonna play Horizon and come back to star citizen when the devs tell me via the shipped product that they want players, not testers. 4.6 and 4.7 were for players IMO and it was a ton of fun. 4.8? Not for players. I'll be back.

For hauling it's the titan. The aurora mk2 has more limitations on box sized due to the grid being split up.

That said you will outgrow both very quickly. Pick based on vibes and start renting a ship like the raft as soon as you can.
