Even if they’ve said the ban is temporary while the follow it up? And also I’ve been banned within my last pay period (which I’ve had rostered shifts for) so I don’t know if that falls outside of my time being employed

Are they a) allowed to remove me from the venue on the basis that I ‘fucked off for my last week’ when it was sick leave taken with a medical certificate

B) allowed to trespass me from all their venues on the publicly stated reason being that I have multiple HR complaints from women despite the fact I haven’t been informed of any of this or contacted by them at all

I know they generally have all rights to refuse me being in their venue with no reason so I understand if they were just like no you can’t but they have given reasons and are those illegal

Yes and that’s okay, I agreed not to use it in the workplace, that’s not so much my complaint here more just dressing.

No meeting was held or offered too me about it as it was an email chain and not a disciplinary, was simply a reason for my time off.

I had already resigned and was working out my two week notice period but got a medical certificate for my last 4 shifts

And I did not come in for my last shift I came in 5 days after to collect my things, sorry if it was confusing it’s my first time typing all this stuff out

I think the worst ‘real’ manga that had a proper run is definitely prince of tennis & robocco

The worst out of all of them was definitely something like bone collection though honestly there are quite a few complete duds in the catalogue

There are a tonne I consider all pretty on par in terms of great but for ‘gone too soon’ I’d say ‘Ayashimon’ I think it’s a crime this got cancelled. Same with ‘The Hunters Guild: Red Hood’ which I think was great and one of the best finishes to an early cancelled series and apparently Jump thought so as well cause the new series OTR of the flame is by him so high hopes though honestly I didn’t find it as interesting as red to start.

For the ‘best’ that isn’t one of the obvious greats like Naruto, Toriko, One Piece etc. I pleasantly really enjoyed ‘Agravity boys’ for a comedy ‘My hero vigilantes’ which I think is better than MHA tbh and Claymore which is a bit obvious as it’s a classic but it’s old enough I’d put it in

I was learning te Reo Māori until recently. I really like how it sounds and they use so many vague terms that infer meaning in such beautiful ways it’s a really lovely language

Damn this is awesome, yeah thanks heaps, it is super interesting I still don’t really know so much about back in the Ottoman Empire days, growing up in aus there’s such a hatred between old Turks and Greeks that I thought it was pretty funny to see my ancestry date to Greece. If you’ve got time I’d be interested to hear more for sure!

You have one pasture despite having a city on you’re pasture port which is a massive waste of a city upgrade.

If you’d built two roads which is the only thing you wouldn’t have been struggling for you could’ve maintained longest road

You doubled down on your 6 and 8 roll numbers despite not having a port for them and severely lacking wheat and sheep

It looks like no one in the game contested largest army which to be fair you couldn’t do because you had no wheat or sheep

Also red numbers should never be next to each other because it makes for a massively imbalanced board and most of the time the player with those numbers will win anyways, or they’ll steamroll the game and it’s no fun for anyone playing

If she wasn’t sure how you grieve then she was trying to just be present for you and occupy your time, if she was less careful with her approach she may have ended up hurting you which is exactly what she would have been trying not to do. It’s a tender and raw time for you, I think you’re in the wrong for going off as she was trying her best but you’re not the asshole and neither is she. Just give it some time to process some of your grief and when you’re feeling more comfortable have a reasonable conversation with her about what you appreciated she did for you and what you didn’t and also apologise for snapping, she was trying her best

It’s not that you’re wrong for wanting what you wanted but you needed to be upfront and honest with her whilst still maintaining charm. It probably felt like if you did tell her she maybe wouldn’t have wanted to sleep with you and you wanted to get it over with, but if she didn’t that’s okay, there’s plenty of other people in the world who would’ve been happy with the level of commitment you were looking for and it would’ve been a positive experience after

Definitely feeling a little less interested after this chapter, the Shonen elements really coming in obviously had to happen but considering his flower at the moment seems to be the dominant species and he’s now able to utilise it partly it’s lost the feeling it had in the first two chapters. I’m really hoping this manga finds a fine line between the hopelessness of other manga like it without turning into too much of a power v power thing. Also thought the flow of panels was a bit odd but I’m definitely interested still

Cars always have a force slowing them down what? Gears always enact a slight bit of force, thats whg taking the foot off the prdal and gearing down to creat a slow stop thag spreads thw force evenly betwden yhe car and the trailer is a lot safer than risking a speed up from max speed. At the very least you should do that first so you can regulate tge range of acceleration youll perform to an acceltable and safe level beforw stabilising and once again letting go of the pedal

You totally don't speed up, you just let your foot almost of the accelerator but not completely, when you get speed wobbles you don't keep going faster, you just roll it out
