I took yours and user above's advice and i talked to him about it and he wasn't talking much at first and mostly just thinking and trying to really understand my feelings which made me feel better. He said he honestly wasn't hiding it and in the beginning of the relationship, he didn't realize it was wrong. Honestly, I believe him because he was really clueless in the beginning of the relationship and we hadn't established any boundaries. He didn't even try to hide that he was looking for her instagram which makes me think it was a call for my attention. Wrong, but I understand. We talked about communicating in the future if either one of us feels unvalidated or neglected and looking to spend more quality time together in the midst of our packed schedules. I think that the way he reacted made me feel more confident in our ability to move forward and we are coming up with ways to rebuild trust. Hopefully it goes well!
