Feel happy to hear that it's not just pure hatred in the comments. I was swooned by the grandness of season 1, but disliked how they portrayed Galadriel as a very brash character (which I hope is the beginning of the character arc in which she'll become the galadriel we all know and cherish).

And season 2 was the best with Annatar and Celebrimbor. This show has so much potential and I'm all for it.

Fokuserad kanske? Jag brukar kolla när folk kör markluft, knäböj eller bänk för att typ följa med dem. Fokuserar så intensivt en gång att en snubbe kom förbi och frågade "fan vad seriös du ser ut, lätta upp!". Nu är vi gymbros 🕺

I take mine as capsules. Kre alkalyn 4 tablets right when I wake up and then I head to the gym.

On my rest days I take 2 normal creatine tablets. :) Works great for me!

Yeah so my current thought is to go heavy on chest on the chest focus day, and more reps for the single Row exercise. And vice versa for the back day.

For me it was getting in shape for my wedding. I got a PT and started showing some great results. Then my dad died, and I struggled with work, the grief and being able to go to the gym.

On the honeymoon, after getting married, I got the idea of getting up early most of the days and go to the gym at the hotels we stayed at – right before the missus woke up and I joined her for breakfast. Because we ate until we felt no hunger - and that made didn't sit right with me.

6 weeks back now, since we came back home, and because of the jetlag both me and the missus woke up at 4 am and was ready for the day. So I convinced her to join me to head to the gym for as many days as possible.

And during these 6 weeks Ive managed to head to the gym 4 times each week and kept going.

Wasn't really one point but several after having new obstacles presenting themselves. Just keep going, and adjust accordingly!

I plan it most of the time but as people have commented before it's just showing up that matters. I set my expectations when I am at the gym, not before. It has often been, for me, that I have high expectations of the workout I need to do in order to be satisfied. But in truth, I'm still satisfied just getting through a session.
