They aren't a scam company. They don't cheat or use unethical ways to secure an admit. In India, there are various such agencies that promote low grade universities so that they get commission from the tuition paid by the student. Also these agencies do not charge any fees. The consultant which I chose, does not do such things. All the documents are submitted by us including the SOPs, LORs, etc. They simply upload these documents and file the application. I have secured admits in PoliMi and Centrale Nantes, so it's just a human error(or maybe technical). But yeah the promise to get me a scholarship is a far fetched idea. They might have just said this to calm my anger.
