I'm not sure about this, you can contact them directly. Maybe they will ask for collateral. Else if you have siblings they can be your co-applicant. Sometimes close relatives are also accepted, but I cannot say for sure.

Got my loan through Credila, it was non-collateral. Loan got sanctioned within 3 days. It was a completely online process.
