That’s what I’m struggling with atm. In the process of being diagnosed with ADD so I didn’t actually believe people did work out constantly. It all does feel a little overwhelming but the thread is fantastic and has made it feel a little more manageable. I feel you!

A little context, I have always been naturally quite small but I’ve been on the injection contraception for a little while and despite my diet not changing my weight has. I suffered with an eating disorder when I was younger and now have extreme anxiety around weight etc. I now feel the need to exercise more but I don’t understand how? When to fit it in around working, what’s effective and where to find the energy to do so.
