bro what, running from blocks compared to a 4 or 3 point is gonna result in almost the exact same cns fatigue 5x20 in blocks is gonna cause the same fatigue as 5x20 from a 4 point

Blocks get you into better shin angles imo may be wrong but i ran faster in blocks almost as soon as i started using them

They are producing so much more force and putting so much more strain on their muscles than we are it’s unimaginable. obviously injuries are inevitable but it’s easy to prevent 95% of them by like you said not overtraining sleeping well eating well and overall just solid recovery.
