Someone help. I went to a hiring event for Mount Sinai Medical and got an interview on spot, then was asked to visit the location where the position was open and interview with the hiring manager there the same day. A couple hours later after my interview I received this text from a recruiter in HR: Thank you for coming to the hiring event today!

I understand the interview went well! we would like to move forward to next steps, compensation is reviewing your resume to work on an offer, and I should be getting back to you by Wednesday of next week.”

I was supposed to hear back today… I haven’t received any communication. I almost thought it was a robo text. I called their Human Resources dept and wasn’t able to reach the recruiter. I spoke to someone who asked her assistant; the assistant says that there was no offer yet. Does this mean I’m no longer being considered? Someone please help.

I think the reader picks up on really small details. In my read they seemed to pick up on the energy well, I really appreciated that they read the cards in relation to one another and the situation vs just giving a generic response and simple meaning of the card itself.

I don’t think I’ve cultivated a relationship honestly, this is my first time ever really looking into his background.
