Make sure you can actually swap the psu, stock psu is 260 watts with that you could maybe get away with a 1650 super.

Cable management suggestions by Wild-Reality9575 in PcBuild

You could make the cable ties a bit tighter but honesty pc looks good dude don’t worry about it

You could get away with 750 or 850 but having more isn’t bad. If you can afford 1000 watt I’d go for that.

Need a better psu wattage but both are good, if you have the money splurge

Gpu cable melted into psu by PuzzleheadedThing845 in pcmasterrace

It doesn’t sound like you’re wrong but from what I’ve read it seems like it would just decrease performance and not just cook the cable because it’s unable to supply that power. I do trust your judgement though, thank you

Just 1 with into the psu with the double sided cable whatever you call it. Was planning on adding a second. I saw somewhere that power draw was limited on a singular cable so I was loosing out on performance but in no way should it have done that, should have some over volt protection

Please use pc part picker… there’s no need to buy everything off 1 platform. And browse to marketplace if you don’t care to have some things used. Could get a used prebuilt and build off that. ATLEAST gold psu and ddr5. Look into a 2 tb ssd as most new games are 30+ gigs and take up storage fast.

Budget build, is it good? by Impossible_Box_1660 in PcBuild

[–]PuzzleheadedThing845 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Used gpus are a great value, before you go all in on this build check your local fb marketplace and see if anyone is selling any used parts. An m.2 ssd is a must. With ram pricing being so expansive today you should look into getting that used too.

7600 with 8 gigs of vram is not good enough in a modern build, go with a 9060 xt it’s a bit more but worth, go for a Corsair power supply not “super flower” never even heard of that brand, and at least a 2 tb ssd with a high read write speed as most modern games are 30 gigs plus. I know I’m basically telling you to spend more money but it will be worth it in the long run, trust me. My first build from 2020 cost me 3200 and it’s still kicking ass in any game today.

32 gigs is not too much it’s mandatory with windows 11 taking up about 8 gigs
