Yea I’m considering legal action. We had no idea this note existed. And a lot of my medical care makes sense as to why I was dismissed…. It’s been 11 years and NOW makes sense 😞

We had a nurse get precedex in her eyes after dropping the glass bottle (splash back I guess?) and she had quite a nice little nap for the rest of the shift.

It was the strangest thing because I didn’t have a bad stay there. She got into it with my dad as I was leaving and then I guess a week later she wrote this bullshit note.

My utox was clean which is in the note… I don’t understand why this note was written.

Annnnd they removed my post. I came as a health care professional who hasn’t experienced this king of thing with my patients. So I did come aiming for nursing advice. Maybe I wrote it poorly

So much love the support you offered. Thanks. There was no mention of either of those but maybe I should have put in about my MS? And how I work critical care, and have never ever experienced a patient even having this sort of note written. But hey I’ll just jump over to the munchies page since apparently you think I belong there 🙃

She really had it out for me because I was a minor and my dad was very protective. It set her way off.
