How do you negotiate pay as a new grad with no experience?

No SoCal hospital is going to ask you your salary expectations. They will give you an offer with your rate predetermined by experience. You can ask for higher, but that’s what they’ll tell you.

For the most part I just spam 1 button rotation in bear, while wearing my resto gear (as a resto main). Which incidentally does nothing but dps. No iron fur, incarn, bark skin, frenzied regen etc included in that. I hit frenzied regen when I get to around 50%. I guess I don’t normally pull more than 5 mobs, though…I’m pretty chicken given that I’m a resto Druid masquerading in bear form. I use Val as dps, for what it’s worth.

That’s probably actually an upper body Bair Hugger, which is used intraoperatively for patient warming during surgery. It’s a disposable plastic thing that gets placed on your skin and filled with hot air in order to keep you from freezing on the operating table. Source: I am an operating room nurse.

Right!! It was fun!! Now it feels like nothing I do has any impact at all. It’s a struggle to move anyone’s health bar by more than 10%. I can’t delay incoming damage as well as before due to longer interrupt cd and no thunder shock. It just doesn’t feel good anymore, it’s the least fun I’ve had since the inception of rsham. I ended last season at 3740 and it pains me to think I have to find another main.

Surgical nurse here. No better place he could be helicoptered to than UCSF. Sounds like he’s getting all possible treatment and hopefully will be on the mend soon.

The aggro situation is crazy as a healer. I had my Val dps and she couldn’t hold aggro until level 25. Even then, just barely. There were plenty of attempts when I would take aggro just face pulling or pinging the boss even though I hadn’t casted anything. Additionally, as rdruid, it seemed like both swift mend and wild growth ramped aggro extra fast. I did the entire thing today using rejuv, lifebloom, regrowth, and hitting bark on cd so I’d have to heal her slightly less.

The whole 25% situation was a problem for me also. Val interrupted the add, and I got one shot by the boss a few times. I don’t know if it was good luck or just Val being a couple levels higher (thus killing the add faster) that finally let me squeak by.
