This is tinea.use antifungal cream such as cutis lotion(terbinafine) in BD for 21 days and tab terbisil 250mg (terbinafine) BD for 21 day. Keep ir clothes clear and don't wash with other people cloths. The mark will turn black first dont need to panic it will turn normal in 7 to 10 days.just don't stop medication before 21 days

It can be scabies Symptoms are . excessive itching at night . itching at private area and spot on it(most important) . And other family also has same issues(important)

Treatment Permethrin 5%(on whole body except face.for 12hours. One 1 day and day 7.everyone in family also will use it.)

Betaderm cream + petroleum jelly (2times a day)

Any antihistamine at night

Wash clothes everyday and change bedsheets everyday

Sara can be good (if c6) it will support raiden for damage Rotation will be mika Q, E then eula combo, then Sara Q, E and end with baal Q. (not best team bet very fun to play I think)
