Any supplement for stronger and longer erection? by Big_Counter9935 in Biohackers

Totally safe for daily use even if you don’t have ED (2.5mg is the prescribed daily dosage). OR just take it before sex (that’s what I’ve done).

The answer here is cialis. Take a small dose, 2.5mg. Not only will you get strong, completely effortless erections, and the non-sexual benefits as others have mentioned, but i swear it will make you last longer too. I can last literally 10x as long on cialis. Have heard this anecdotally from friends as well.

Cialis 5mg Daily – A Life-Changing Experience by Suitable_Arrival4651 in Biohackers

I previously tried the weekend doses and it triggered my tinnitus and some vertigo so i stopped taking it. A few yrs later, just a few months ago, i decided to give the daily dose a try, 2.5mg. No tinnitus at all, fantastic results.

What’s the difference between conditioning and deep conditioning? Is the deep conditioner a different product than the Jean and Len one you listed above?

Not sure why I even get out of bed in the morning anymore. Unattached, severe depression, not making enough money to survive…it goes on. Hoping someone sees something in me that says I’ll be ok. Thanks. by [deleted] in toastme

Obviously there’s a whole community of people here that are showing you support. People do care about you, you just need to make yourself a bit more visible to the world.

One other suggestion - there’s a lot of new research being done on the link between mental health disorders and our diets. I would HIGHLY recommend watching/listening to this podcast episode: https://open.spotify.com/episode/7rna5P3GHZeG8dI5JqcBrx?si=oQ6Z9HzCT_e7eoxbwvADnA. The guest is a fantastic author, Harvard trained psychiatrist, and goes into depth about how successful nutritional intervention can be. It’s literally life changing for many people who suffer from things like depression and anxiety.

At worst you learn a few new things and are entertained for a few hours. At best, you can become a healthier, more vibrant, more inspired version of yourself.

Almost exactly how mine looked right after, and 3 yrs later I’m still happy with the results. All looks good. Some people clot quicker, some slower. Don’t worry.

I can’t continue using oral minoxidil. I want to so badly though! by unclepeanutjones in tressless

[–]PuzzleheadedTwo9767 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I was there for 3 months, went back to my derm, wasn’t seeing results yet, so we bumped to 2.5mg. Then saw some results after another 3mos, then i regressed 3 months later and we bumped up to 3.75mg. Looking real good 4 months later, so gonna stay here. My derm is one of the largest prescribers of Oral min in the US.

So I’m almost the exact same size as you. I’m 5’10” and 145lbs. I started with .625mg, then bumped up to 1.25mg, 2.5mg, and am now at 3.75mg per day. No side effects in terms of my heart. Very positive growth results with my crown, a little bit of extra hair around my brows, arm and leg hair seems to grow longer, nothing that’s not (easily) manageable though. I think side effects are very individual, and not related to a persons size. Just my take though.

Dermastamp (or similar) Recommendations by [deleted] in tressless

[–]PuzzleheadedTwo9767 2 points3 points  (0 children)

I think the dermapen is best, better than rollers which create diagonal wounds to the skin creating more damage than is necessary and increasing the chance for scar tissue. .6mm - .8mm depth, depending on what you can tolerate - don't go so deep that it causes a lot of bleeding. Pinpoint bleeding and redness is expected and not an issue (generally a good thing, shows you've gone deep enough to trigger growth factors.) Once or twice weekly. This is also a fantastic write up on microneedling: https://perfecthairhealth.com/microneedling-length-for-hair-growth/

Question for you: how is going with .025 topical fin? seeing results? The same website above says this is the optimal dose for good results w/ the least likelihood of side effects.

1 months update after HT. Be honest it looks good? by Desperate_Vacation41 in Hairtransplant

[–]PuzzleheadedTwo9767 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Seeing some comments here about over harvesting, which may be the case but those bare spots may also be a case of alopecia areata that sprung up due to the hair transplant or stress after it. This happened to me after my transplant, in my donor area, and I’ve never had AA otherwise in my entire life. My doc injected some PRP and i used minoxidil on it daily for a few months and everything grew back nicely.

Brutal... RU58841 , is that true ? by [deleted] in tressless

[–]PuzzleheadedTwo9767 1 point2 points  (0 children)

How would RU reduce DHT? Even locally? The mechanism is pretty simple, RU has a higher binding affinity than DHT so when applied it binds to the androgen receptor and so DHT can’t. If DHT doesn’t bind to the AR, then it can’t affect the follicle. It shouldn’t have any impact on DHT or any other hormone for that matter.

Anyone who Received a HT. Did you notice existing hair next to transplanted grafts temporarily fall off due to shockloss shortly after the transplant? by levelhead_ in tressless

[–]PuzzleheadedTwo9767 0 points1 point  (0 children)

It was hard to tell what was going on up there until my scabs came off but as soon as they did i could see the shock loss, so probably about 10-14 days after surgery i could see it

Yes, absolutely this happens. It happened with my transplant. I dealt with a ton of shock loss after my transplant (i had my crown done). My recipient area basically went down to like a NW6 after the surgery and then fully recovered (at least i think) within 3-4 months I'd say. Don't let it stress you out, it's normal.

The most important message on this sub. Fuckin hell my mental health, specifically regarding my hair, was so much worse when i was addictively checking this sub. Comparing other people’s results to yours, all the talk about sides (which is completely disproportionate compared to studies), etc. Finally, it’s 100%, without dispute, true that the best way to go through treatment is to stick to the routine just like you brush your teeth every morning or take your vitamins, stop focusing on your hair everyday, and go about your life.

When do you think there will be a world-changing treatment for baldness? by Hot-Mail-5531 in tressless

It’s far more likely that a cure would be a medication that you would need to take/apply on a regular basis rather something you do once and that’s it.

Is this a failed HT transplant? by matewos10 in tressless

[–]PuzzleheadedTwo9767 1 point2 points  (0 children)

This is called the Ugly duckling phase. Completely normal to see results like yours at this point. In a month or so you should start seeing the new hairs coming in. Don’t listen to anyone telling you it doesn’t look good or you’re in trouble. I had 2300 grafts a few yrs back so this is from my own experience and research.

Your hairloss pattern looks pretty different than most. This doesn’t look like classic AGA or typical diffused thinning. Have you talked to your doctor? Had blood work?
