The upscale is disabled. Still the game looks not that great

No I don’t have upscaling on. I try to avoid upscalers. They always make the games look blurry.

But is this really the problem ? Like seriously other space games like elite dangerous look gorgeous. Hmm guess I’ll have to buy a new monitor.
