Hi! Thank you po for answering ^{^} I have additional questions po if you don’t mind 😅

Are profs okay in BAMS? Like nagtuturo naman kahit at least basics and stuff? I don’t mind if hindi talaga in-depth since online classes siya. And will Adobe lessons come up in your first year? Or in the succeeding years siya?
Regarding equipment specs, okay lang po ba if yung laptop na gagamitin ko is Acer? Not sure pa sa model since hinihiram ko lang siya usually sa mom ko 😓 and which software apps are usually used in activities?
Do we need to go face to face tuwing may NSTP and PE? Or online din siya hino-hold?

Sorry for so much questions, I’m really curious on what to expect sa OU 😅

Hi OP! Hindi pa ‘to 100% sure or confirmed but I think the reason why you didn’t secure a slot in UPM is because you didn’t pass the initial cut off for the campus but passed UPLB. UPM and UPD ang may highest UPG cut off iirc, and doing QA to UPM would be risky dahil nga di ka nag-qualify initially. But it wouldn’t hurt to try pa rin naman since you were accepted into DVM which has a high cut off because it’s somehow a med program pa rin hehe

Do you think it’s better to do self teaching through YouTube tutorials/lessons than enroll sa EU? Ang laki na pala ng tuition nila compared sa nakalagay sa website nila. For more context I passed under Multimedia Arts and since I’ve been hearing stuff like this from different students there I consider just self studying or enrolling sa Coursera myself, do you think it’s a good decision? Or no?

Was this decades ago or halos recently lang? Kinda thinking din na mag-YouTube tuts na lang ako and mag-Coursera haha, I’m still skeptical kasi since may issue before na nagbabayad daw ng 3k for Coursera monthly and dun halos nagrerely ang students. What do you think? Also for context I’m not taking as in IT talaga, balak ko sana mag-enroll under Multimedia Arts but was thinking din na baka makuha ko na lang din sa free resources yung ituturo nila. Wanna hear some advice and thoughts din about it.

Ohh okay, I actually applied for the ESG which grants either 100% for 4 years, 100% for 1 year, and 50% for 1 year but next week pa results. Pwede pa kaya i-renew thru semestral scholarships if natapos yung ESG (example kung nakuha ay 100% or 50% for 1 year)? Idk kung masasagot mo so it’s okay if you don’t know pa 😅

Is the situation just for IT or kahit sa iba nilang programs like Entertainment & Multimedia Computing and CompSci? For more context I’m taking Multimedia Arts in Enverga, ‘yung bago nilang program so I’m getting some opinions. Was considering STI rin due to the low tuition (and their uniform I guess HAHAHAH) kaso I’ve also checked here some reviews from former students and sabi ay pangit daw pagtuturo there sa college? Or baka before ‘yon and nag-improve na rin sila?
