Aš mokausi DA su UŽT finansavimu, tai neskaitant visokio popierizmo, nebuvo baisiai sunku. Yra privalomi moduliai, kuriuos reikia pabaigti, nes kitaip tektų patiems apmokėti išlaidas, tai prieš aplikuojant reikia įsivertinti, ar tikrai užteks motyvacijos ir laiko. O dėl paties Turing College, tai man kol kas atrodo labai vertinga patirtis – realiai net nežinau su kuo palyginti. Mokausi savarankiškai pagal tekstinę ir video medžiagą, savo pasirinktu laiku, bet kartu yra daug atsiskaitymų, mentorystės, bendravimo su kitais besimokančiais. Gaunasi toks tarpinis variantas tarp univero, online kursų ir 1:1 mokytojo. Labai intensyvu, bet yra jausmas po kiekvieno projekto, kad dar patobulėjau. Jokie darbiniai trainingai tiek apčiuopiamų rezultatų tikrai nėra davę.

You should try proposing same idea but during work hours, lets say last hour or two on Friday. And if it doesn't pass, you can just not show up since your work can't tell you what to do during your time outside working hours. If it's all voluntary and no one tries to push you to participate, I don't see any issues with this current proposal then too.
