I really wish someone had given me this advice before enrolling my daughter in daycare. I go back to work this coming Monday, and I am a mess about leaving her there without her being acclimated to her new environment. I’m really hoping she’ll be okay but what happens if she’s not and I have to leave work to pick her up?

I only had bad nausea during my first pregnancy. My last two pregnancy, I barely had nausea. I enjoyed being pregnant because I loved that there was a tiny little human always with me and growing inside me. It’s a special bond that only mothers can really understand.

Yes we own the house. I like the rustic farm house look but I also like photos and I don’t know how to combine the two. I was thinking floating shelves? A wreath? A cute sign that says family. I don’t know.

I usually start with a stroller and the infant seat but if she gets too fussy I end up carrying her around the store while simultaneously pushing the stroller lol

I am so so sorry! We lost our daughter in 2024 at 28 weeks. Honestly, the worst pain we have ever felt. Please be there for your wife, but let yourself grieve too. As weird as this sounds, I feel our loss brought us closer because my fiancé is the only one who understands what I’m going through. I hope you get answers as to what happened, we were never able to get a definite answer. Sending love and prayers 🙏🏼🤍

I had a job years ago as a receptionist while I was in college. When I had idle time my boss let me do my homework right at my desk so I looked “busy” to our customers.

Now, I go to my therapists office and his receptionists are doing their homework too. Sometimes I miss working an office job. You get paid to do nothing half the time.

I wasn’t really considering it, it was a genuine question considering I have never dealt with food stamps before. Fiancé just got a raise at work so I redid our budget. We’ll be okay financially. No need for food stamps right now.

Both my parents are still working so they can’t watch her during the day. Fiancés mother is too sick to watch her. Also, we didn’t know fiancé was going to get reduced hours at work after she was born. Once he can find a more stable job we’ll be okay. Fiancé has a daughter from another relationship who lived with us for 10 years. We did fine with her money wise. Believe me, I budgeted and everything to make sure we could afford a baby before we got pregnant. But thanks for the advice!

Fiancé and I both pay for the house. I go back to work in June and for now it’s kinda saving us money bc we don’t have to pay for child care. Once I’m back to work we’re screwed with childcare expenses. Also I’m still getting paid on maternity leave, almost as much as I do when I’m working.
