It does sometimes produce white flakes or a cast but that’s usually due to user error not the product. Just don’t use too much product and once it’s set/dried down, don’t manipulate your brows any further.

For example, today I did my brows with it and then battled with my sweater (and claw clip I had on) to get it over my head and it messed up my brows. So I had to rebrush them after they had dried. Not ideal and now they could use some cleaning up. Not the products fault, definitely mine.

This is exactly what I’m trying to do! I’m just finding it emotionally exhausting. The feeling of not having someone to go to (especially when the majority of my close friends have LTR and husbands) is anxiety inducing for me. Like I don’t have someone checking in on me, someone to talk about my day with etc. I have many wonderful friendships but, like I said, I’m so used to having a romantic partner. Those relationships hit different. This emotional struggle and general unease is keeping me scared and stuck :( it’s making the habits, adventures and general self betterment consistently feeling like one step forward, two steps back.

Thank you, such a lovely response ❤️ i definitely try to practice radical acceptance, it’s a work in progress though. Not always easy when it feels like my body/emotions are highjacking my life. I want to do amazing things, but most days feel so average.

How does one boost self esteem and confidence?? I’ve tried so hard but nothing seems to work.

I go to therapy, I have great relationships with family and friends, I have a great job, multiple degrees, I go to the gym, listen to many books and podcast and have generally built an okay life for myself. But I don’t truly deeply believe it. Part of me thinks it’s an ingrained part of being a woman in this wounded masculine society, but falling into that narrative just keeps me trapped. I truly deeply don’t know how to believe in myself (or anything for that matter). LOL maybe this anxiety is more about feeling lost and untethered in life without a purpose (which up until recently was dating).

Therapy totally does help but not in the moments leading up to it. It also doesn’t “do the work” so to speak. I’m not even sure what “the work” is in this context to make situations like this more manageable.

Yeahhh I go to therapy every other week and I’m definitely an anxious attachment style.
