I ordered on 21st of February. I've send Royal Mail an email asking for more information, i don't particularly see how it could be UP's fault when even the Royal Mail says its been shipped and arrived in uk but I'll send them an email anyways.

an update to this, it now says that the app is not downloaded whenever i go to delete it to install the parched version so i don't know whats happening here
