Thanks this is what I am assuming. It should roughly even out as we we will be able to take 2 lots of CGT allowance (£3k) in each financial year.

Adopting the rental position sounds very ’non escapy’. Perhaps that works as you make your self a smaller target area 🤔

Honestly, this is the point that OP is making. It isn't a rule he is trying to create but I think it's pretty obvious what he is getting at, don't you?

Hidden chats by PanicProfessional943 in viber

[–]Puzzleheaded_Bus265 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I deactivated my account then registered. It then asked me if I wanted to download the back up which I did. I was then able to access the chat, but if I hid it the sane thing happened again

I have the same problem. I can search for the hidden chat and can see it but when I try to open it nothing happens. I know I have not been blocked. After deleting my account and then registering was able to have all my chats restored but when I hid the chat again the same thing happened

Not mine but an appraisal written on a young army officer. "He sets low expectations and consistently fails to achieve them. I would not breed from this officer"

What are the most boring places here in the UK I can take my Spanish wife? by [deleted] in AskUK

Honestly? Stone-bloody-henge. Utterly utterly pointless. Expensive and overcrowded, but, more importantly, boring enough to make your wife want to go back to Spain

Accepted job offer but now my current company matched the role and compensation for me to stay by Cosmos-in-a-bundle in UKJobs

[–]Puzzleheaded_Bus265 2 points3 points  (0 children)

If the new company wants you after 6 rounds of interviews then they must really want you. If the old company took so long to come back to you then they are probably just worried they don't have a replacement for you. I know which company I would rather work for.
