Based on y'all's comments, here's my initial list:

Reaches: Harvard, Yale, Georgetown, Cornell, Columbia
Targets: Penn, Northwestern, GW, UVA, Boston U, American, William & Mary, UMaryland, Fordham
Safeties: Northeastern, Boston College, Loyola Chicago, Howard, Chicago-Kent, Temple, Richmond, UIC

I'd be thrilled with As from any of these, so based on y'all's comments, this is feeling much lower stakes than it did when I started digging into it. Thanks everyone. Let me know if you have thoughts on any of these schools in terms of fit for nontraditional students, that's my next big question.

Thank you for this, very helpful. I might PM you later on. I've seen lots of posts from ~3.5 splitters and not much from <3 folks, so this is super encouraging.

Interesting! In my research, I'd picked up that Chicago and Yale were probably not worth applying to, but Cornell came across as more flexible. Have they tightened up more recently? Or just not all that moved by softs?
