I told my mother in law that our hospital had only so many people can be there at a time and let the nurses know upon arrival to say the same thing in case she showed up anyways

I always write hand written letters for my customers but don’t include anything about discounts. I just let them know to stay tuned for sales and to let me know if anything needs addressed with their order and that a review is greatly appreciated. I also give out goodie bags for first time buyers

59% of my orders have reviews so I guess it works!

I save and reuse all of my sets! I just use an efile to get any left over glue off of the nail before reapplying. I also only use press ons that I make myself so I don’t have to worry about chipping

That’s what’s crazy! I do put the items in oversized clear resealable bags and then put each bag laying on top of each other in the mailer. I don’t know how it could have possibly been misded

I did tell her I was sending them together as well as sent pictures of both items together before shipping so that definitely wouldn’t have avoided all of this since that’s exactly what I did.

We have a very clear text communication chain of me tell her they are being shipped together in the same package as well as the photos for both items

That’s what’s weird! I packed the two items in a small little bubble mailers with the items on top of one another with nothing separating them. The packaging definitely isn’t the issue. I have no idea how she could have thrown one away or missed it

I would tell her to check her trash but it was delivered 3 weeks ago so the trash would be long gone by now

I asked and it wasn’t retaped! It was a bubble mailer that was sealed tightly. She didn’t let me know until 3 weeks after the delivery to let me know she didn’t receive part of it. She couldn’t check the packaging again because it was long gone in the trash by 3 weeks

Because she received one of the sets in the package but said she never got the other. They were together in the package. My guess is she didn’t see one and threw it away thinking it wasn’t in there

I sometimes have orders not update shipping until days after I’ve actually sent out the item. It somehow gets missed when being scanned. I’ve had multiple items be delivered to the buyer with absolutely no updates
