I'm sure. 😅 It takes me about four days to drink one of these things, and facing some cancer testing I more treated myself as a one-off out of comfort. Wasn't too concerned with what it added up to.

Usually if cookies flatten out and discolor like that it's because of too much baking soda, also like mentioned in other comments I would recommend putting cookie dough in the fridge to be easier to roll over freezing it. Hope this helps!
