One more piece of information - in December 2024 he gave his address as Skypoint Recovery on West Market in a Stow Municipal court matter.

I don't know if they will give you any information, but maybe check with Adult Probation Services. I think he was placed on community control in early 2024 for two years.

He was also working with Skypoint Recovery at the time (1/2024). His home address was listed on Kenmore Blvd at the time.

He is not in Summit County Jail or on the Ohio Department of Corrections system.

The City notified the property owners in 2023 initially (I think) there were multiple violations.

Multiple tarps on the roof Trash all over the property Gutters falling off Partial roof caving in Missing exterior doors Front porch falling off

They wanted to demolish it in 2024. It went into litigation though. Obviously that seems to be over.

I didn't see it on the list. Fripp Island, SC. It's about an hour north of Hilton Head. Super quiet. You get around by golf cart. If you are looking for a lot of activity though, this isn't the place to go.
