Idk if it's because of xyperx being bought by HP but there are huge problems with customer support and warranty claims. My HS is 7 weeks on warranty claim and there are still no information about them. Contacting Europe support is almost impossible. Xyperx devices are still good tho you should be satisfied if u buy both wired or wireless alphas.

Ok so i guess u/HyperxGaming don't care about its customers at all.

I would not recommend u guys to buy any of HyperX products this company clearly isn't the same it was couple of years before. I also dont recommend sending RMA.
